Pro-Rated Refunds for Annual Subscriptions
If you have purchased an annual subscription and wish to cancel after the 14-day money-back guarantee period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, less a cancellation fee of 15% of the remaining subscription value.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, no refunds are provided for the current billing month. Once you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your subscription will not renew.
2.2 One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases of digital products or tools:
- If the product is defective or does not function as described, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- If you have not downloaded, accessed, or used the digital product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
2.3 Consulting Services

- If you cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled consultation, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- Once a consultation has begun, no refunds will be provided.
